We are looking for an experienced CAD Operator skilled in AutoCAD to prepare RAJUK approval plans, architectural and structural drawings as per RAJUK (2022–2035) regulations and FAR guidelines. The candidate should have 7–10 years of relevant experience and the ability to work accurately under pressure in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and structural drawings for RAJUK submission
- Ensure compliance with RAJUK (2022–2035) regulations and FAR guidelines
- Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to finalize layouts
- Maintain accurate drawing records, revisions, and version control
Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant AutoCAD experience in real estate / construction
- Strong working knowledge of RAJUK approval processes
- High accuracy and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
